SHIPPING POLICY

Our products are custom made and all orders are processed within 1 week after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Keep in mind that shipping time depends on our delivery partners ability and normally varies between 2 to 8 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

We offer tracked shipping Australia wide. For orders above $95 shipping is free.

IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Jade & May 17A Rutland Street, Newtown Victoria. After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 week. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Monday to Saturday 9 AM - 4 PM.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping.
